Each service at INUA is individualized to reflect your unique history, goals, and current needs. Because no two people share the same story or patterns, each session is guided by what is most clinically relevant and personally meaningful for you in that moment. ABOUT INUA
INUA is a holistic physical therapy practice rooted in traditional osteopathic principles and paradigms that recognize the body as an integrated, self-regulating system. Central to this approach is the understanding that healthy motion must exist not only in the body as a whole, but also between the body’s internal structures and their relationships, supporting the body’s inherent capacity for adaptation and function. When motion becomes restricted—whether through injury, stress, or prolonged adaptation—the body compensates, often leading to pain, dysfunction, or a loss of resilience.
Led by Jason Marvin, PT, a Manual Physical Therapist with over 25 years of advanced training and a fifth-year graduate of the Canadian college of Osteopathy, INUA blends hands-on manual therapy with intuitive insight to support the restoration of motion, adaptability, and balance across physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels.
Each session is guided by what the body is ready to address, allowing care to remain responsive, precise, and aligned with the individual’s capacity for change. The work is personal, relational, and grounded, supporting meaningful shifts in how clients move, feel, and live.
Sessions are offered by appointment only. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated, and primary working hours may fluctuate from week to week.

Why INUA
(pronounced: EE-nu-ah — a soft breath rising and opening)
INUA is a remembering —
a return to the spirit within,
to the breath beneath your thoughts,
to the stillness that has always been listening.
Rooted in Inuit and Iñupiaq wisdom, Inua speaks to the soul, the breath, the animating life-force within all things.
It’s the intelligence that moves through your body, whispers through intuition, and gently calls you back to yourself when the mind has wandered too far.
INUA was born from that remembrance —
that true transformation is not about becoming more,
but about releasing what is not you.
It is about coming home —
to clarity, to authentic power, to the wisdom that has always lived in your soul.
Here, your nervous system softens.
Energy flows freely again.
And you meet the parts of yourself that were never broken —
only waiting to be seen, felt, and lived.
This is not self-improvement.
This is self-return.
An awakening into presence, coherence, and peace —
from the inside out.
This is INUA:
Soul Remembered
Truth Embodied
Life Lived From Within
Why the INUA Method Is Different
You’ve done all the right things — therapy, chiropractic, massage, stretching — yet the pain returns.
Or maybe, it never truly left.
That’s because most approaches treat only the structure — muscles, joints, alignment.
They help, but the body is more than structure.
Pain isn’t always mechanical. It’s communication —
a message from deeper layers of your system asking to be heard.
What if your pain isn’t in the body, but moving through it?
What if it’s the voice of stored emotion, stress, or unprocessed experience —
your body’s way of calling for attention when nothing else has worked?
Your body is adaptive. Intelligent. Always seeking balance.
But when one system — physical, emotional, energetic, mental, or spiritual — reaches capacity,
it asks for help the only way it knows how: through sensation, tension, and discomfort.
Traditional care looks at one layer.
INUA works with all of them —
honoring the order your body chooses to unwind.
Because healing isn’t linear. It’s layered — like a dance.
Sometimes the priority is structural — an injury, a trauma, an impact.
Other times, the body won’t release until the emotional or energetic root has been met.
When the real cause lives elsewhere, the pain will always return —
until the body is healed at its source.
At INUA, we don’t chase symptoms.
We listen —
to your body, your energy, your story.
We meet you where your system is ready to soften, release, and reorganize.
With over 25 years of advanced study across manual therapy, osteopathy, nervous system science, subconscious work, and intuitive energetic medicine, this work integrates:
Diagnostic touch and osteopathic precision
Nervous system regulation and safety
Fascial and subtle-tissue intelligence
Energetic and emotional release
Superconscious processing and intuitive guidance
Structural alignment when the body is ready — never forced
INUA is not a technique.
It’s an art — a sacred conversation with your body’s intelligence.
A collaboration with your innate capacity to heal.
Here, pain becomes a teacher.
Your energy becomes a guide.
And healing becomes what it was always meant to be —
a return to coherence, wholeness, and flow.
